1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of accountinginuae.com and services provided by AccountingInUAE. By engaging our services or using the website, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide accounting, bookkeeping, VAT compliance support, Corporate Tax compliance support, and related advisory services to UAE businesses. We are a UAE-licensed accounting and bookkeeping firm. The client remains responsible for all tax submissions to the Federal Tax Authority.
3. Client Obligations
You must provide accurate, complete, and timely information, review and approve filings and financial statements before submission, retain copies of documents and submissions, and notify us of business changes that may affect our work.
4. Fees And Payment
Fees are set out in your engagement letter or on the website pricing page. Annual packages, monthly packages, one-time services, payment terms, and VAT treatment are governed by the agreed engagement scope.
5. Cancellation And Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days’ written notice unless the engagement letter states otherwise. Fees for services already rendered remain payable.
6. Confidentiality
We keep client information confidential and disclose it only where required to provide services, support client submissions, comply with UAE law, or with your consent.
7. Limitation Of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for FTA penalties, client delays, inaccurate client information, indirect losses, or business decisions made based on reports or advice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE. For questions, contact hello@justmovedubai.com.
