1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of accountinginuae.com and any services provided by AccountingInUAE("we", "our", "the Firm"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide accounting, bookkeeping, VAT compliance, Corporate Tax compliance, payroll, and related advisory services to UAE businesses. Our services are:

  • Confirmed in a written engagement letter or service agreement prior to commencement
  • Subject to receipt of all required documents and information from the client
  • Limited to the scope defined in the engagement letter
  • Provided in accordance with UAE professional accounting standards

3. Client Obligations

To enable us to provide our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your business activities, ownership, or financial circumstances
  • Review and approve all tax filings and financial statements before submission
  • Respond to our requests within agreed timeframes (typically 3 business days)
  • Retain copies of all documents provided to us and filed on your behalf

Delays in providing information may result in missed filing deadlines. We are not liable for FTA penalties arising from client delays.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are as set out in your engagement letter or on our website pricing page
  • Annual packages are billed on commencement and are non-refundable after 14 days
  • Monthly packages are billed at the start of each month
  • One-time services require 50% payment upfront; balance on completion
  • Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue
  • Overdue invoices accrue interest at 2% per month
  • All fees are exclusive of UAE VAT, which will be added where applicable

5. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all client documents and records within 10 business days. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain payable. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment of invoices overdue by more than 30 days.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. We do not disclose client data to third parties except as required to provide our services (e.g., filing with the FTA or MOHRE) or as required by UAE law. Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid by you for that specific service. We are not liable for:

  • FTA penalties or interest arising from inaccurate information provided by you
  • Delays caused by incomplete or late document submission by you
  • Losses arising from changes in UAE tax law after we have provided advice
  • Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind
  • Business decisions made by you based on our reports or advice

8. Intellectual Property

All content on accountinginuae.com — including guides, articles, and templates — is the intellectual property of AccountingInUAE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. We encourage resolving disputes amicably — please contact us first at hello@justmovedubai.com.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
